Our Team

Jesse is the founder of Affinity Engineering. He has experience in both the utility industry and manufacturing industry. The overlap and cooperation between those industries is what inspired the launching of the Affinity Engineering Foundation to create partnerships that could amplify the effort of trying to make a positive impact far beyond what the company could achieve on its own. Jesse sits on the board of the foundation and he volunteers with the Dallas VA Medical Center.

Marina is the Director of Strategy for the Foundation. Her role is to manage foundation partner relationships and coordinate fundraising events. Her passion for philanthropy and education began when she served a year as an AmeriCorps member for City Year Dallas. She saw, first-hand, the everyday struggles most Dallas Independent School District students face. Marina continues to volunteer with programs that support the Dallas Independent School District.

Natalie is a project analyst at Affinity Engineering. In her role, Natalie gets to help design and implement sustainability strategies at Affinity. Whether the focus is on energy efficiency, zero waste, or renewables, Natalie is constantly looking for new ways to provide creative consulting solutions to customers. She's passionate about accelerating the adoption of sustainable practices around the world and creating mutually beneficial partnerships with organizations that positively impact the triple bottom line- people, profit, and planet.

Amelia is a sustainability analyst at Affinity Engineering, where she provides project and strategy support for various sustainability initiatives, including EV infrastructure and energy efficient buildings. Amelia is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she received her BS in Environmental Science. Her passion for all things sustainability began when she worked in the Corporate Social Responsibility department at Dell Technologies. Amelia is excited to continue to drive corporate sustainability at Affinity as the world moves to a green economy.

Brandon is a program analyst at Affinity Engineering. His role is focused on developing and implementing different energy efficiency programs for our partners. He is passionate about looking for emerging technologies in the energy sector that can improve the lives of people and ties this into his work at Affinity Engineering. Brandon grew up in Texas and is a graduate of the University of Missouri.

Katie is a Research Analyst at Affinity Engineering. Katie got a degree in Sustainability Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. She is passionate about exploring feasible, sustainable solutions that can help protect our planet for many years to come. Her interests are rooted in her love for nature and she hopes that she has the chance to contribute to environmental protection all over the world.
