What Does Yobibyte Mean?

A yobibyte (YiB) is a unit of digital information storage used to denote the size of data. It is equivalent to 2^80, or 1,208,925,819,614,629,174,706,176, bytes and equal to 1,024 zebibytes.

Techopedia Explains Yobibyte

Yobibyte is related to a yottabyte, which is equal to 10²⁴, or 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, bytes. The "yobi" prefix was not an original part of the binary prefixes system, but was added in August 2005 by the International Electrotechnical Commission.
